Return & Refund Policy

Meeha.com.bd maintains unique refund & return policy for every product. But, for return or refund customer has to file a complaint by sending email to info@meeha.com.bd or by calling us on +8801904400101 (9Am-7PM) by 12 hours to 24 hours after delivery. For raw products such as vegetables, fish, meat, milk or other food items etc. customer has to call us by 3hours. For other products complaints must be launched by 24 hours. Please, note that to get a full refund, product must be sent to Meeha.com.bd office in absolutely good condition at customer’s own cost.

For returning gadgets like mobiles/ tablets /laptop etc, the device must be formatted, and screen lock must be disabled. The iCloud/ Google account must be unlocked/signed out for devices. The product is returned to us in an scanty condition, meeha.com.bd has the right to send it back to the customers. Original tags, user manual, warranty cards, gifts and accessories must be returned in good condition with the product. Original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box must return.

Warranty Policy

Meeha.com.bd follows different warranty policies for different products. For electronics products we follow Brand or Service warranty according to different brands and vendors.

Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.
